The TopHat® Protector Ring is a stainless steel sleeve that is fitted to the front or rear part of the carbon shaft. It protects the shaft from splitting or breaking when hitting hard targets or from misses. The ring is fitted before mounting the point or nock and thus extends the arrow's lifespan.
