Note For recurve bows with finger release, Beiter recommends the patented asymmetric insert nocks. The nock should not be glued in. If it sits slightly too loosely in the arrow shaft, Beiter recommends adjusting the fit with a narrow strip of Teflon tape. To insert, turn or remove the nock, the use of the Beiter Push'n'Pull tool is recommended.
