The Easton HIT (Hidden Insert Technology) insert system was developed to recess the insert mounting directly into the shaft – for a flush finish and optimal energy transfer. The combination of insert tool, driving pin and two-component epoxy resin enables a secure, repeatable installation. Perfect for arrows of the 5mm series such as Easton Axis or FMJ. This complete solution not only simplifies installation but also optimises the aerodynamic properties of the arrow at the same time.

The HIT technology enables a precise, central seating of the inserts in the shaft, which significantly increases arrow consistency and durability. Especially when repeatedly shooting at hard targets or when hunting game with firm tissue, this system offers increased reliability and energy transfer – without protruding inserts or deformed screw connections.
For optimal adhesion it is recommended to use a suitable epoxy resin (not included in the scope of delivery).
