The Hoyt Xceed 2 27" is a modern target recurve riser based on the proven Grand Prix (ILF) system.
The classic Hoyt geometry ensures a balanced equilibrium and a harmonious follow-through, making the bow particularly stable during the shot.
The construction was specifically designed for high triaxial stiffness.
This keeps the limb particularly stable during draw and at the moment of release, which supports consistent arrow guidance and precise groupings.

A central element is the Monobloc Verta-Tune System, which reinforces the structure in the mid-section while simultaneously enabling clearer clicker feedback. In addition, the integrated String Tension Technology (STT) offers the possibility of finely adjusting the draw feel via the limb rocker position.
This allows the archer to make the draw softer or more direct according to personal preference.

Thanks to the ILF fitting, the riser is compatible with a large selection of limbs and is suitable for both Olympic recurve and barebow setups.

The 27-inch version of the Xceed riser is frequently preferred by archers with a longer draw length, as it enables a calmer balance and more stable shot behaviour.
Combined with long limbs, for example, a 72-inch recurve setup is created, which is particularly popular in competitive archery.
Thanks to the ILF system, the riser can also be flexibly combined with different limbs, allowing a setup to be individually tailored to draw length, draw weight and shooting style.

String Tension Technology (STT)
The STT allows fine adjustment of the string tension by minimally adjusting the limb pockets.
This allows the archer to precisely adjust the draw feel and energy delivery to his style "Soft" = softer pre-tension, smoother draw
"Medium" = neutral standard setting
"Hard" = higher pre-tension, more direct draw and higher arrow speed
This technology enables individual tuning without changing limbs and ensures maximum control in competition.

Monobloc Verta-Tune System
The Monobloc Verta-Tune System is a one-piece, integrated central axis in the riser that makes the connection of button, arrow rest and clicker plate particularly stable.
The monolithic construction reduces vibrations and significantly increases torsional stiffness.
The result is clearer clicker feedback and a calmer shot behaviour – ideal for precise fine-tuning and consistent groupings.
The lowered grip offers a natural hand position and improves the aiming feel.
