Resistance releases are considered an excellent training tool for improving shooting technique and are used by many tournament shooters to develop a clean back tension.
In contrast to classic index finger releases, the release is not triggered actively by pressing a trigger, but by a controlled build-up of pull.
This can result in a calmer shot sequence and reduce the risk of target panic.
Before first use, the resistance setting should be carefully adjusted to your personal draw weight.
